Director of Drive 4 Quality Mike Swift

Mike has spent most of his working life in the motor industry starting as an engine evaluation engineer and vehicle test driver with Ford Motor Company  before moving to the UK’s largest motoring organisation where, after transferring to the driver and equipment training department he spent many years developing and providing driver and roadside safety training for the 3000 strong workforce. Mike was promoted to head of unit before being promoted to Manager Internal Service Delivery which included responsibility for all technical and safety training through a staff of 56 and a budget in excess of three million pounds.

More recently Mike started the Drive 4 Quality Limited company to deliver driver training and associated services to the corporate and private sector, Mike can be contacted here.

Amongst his qualifications Mike is a Driving Standards Agency (DSA)  Driving Instructor as well as a DSA Fleet Driving Instructor. He is also a police qualified Advanced Instructor motorcycle and car and is a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists for motorcycle and car. A skid car Instructor as well as a four wheel drive instructor. He holds all relevant licences including Motorcycle and LGV C+E.
